IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ISSUES...
- Buffering (video frequently pauses) -- Make sure all other applications are closed and that all other web pages (especially Facebook) are closed as well. Applications that frequently send or update information (like Outlook or Facebook) can sometimes interfere with slower internet connections.
