It is possible that you and/or your physical likeness and the physical likeness of your children will appear on the live webcast. This means that individuals who are connecting to our webcast over the Internet may be able to view you or hear your voice on the webcast transmission. By entering the church meeting hall, you give the Fort Worth congregation and the Church of God, a Worldwide Association, Inc., permission to use your image, voice and likeness (and, where applicable, the image, voice and likeness of your minor child or children) in ALL media, including webcasting, videographing or photographing, unless you notify Church officials that you prefer otherwise.
